Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Wedding
Michaela and David’s wedding was a beautiful Virginia Beach affair at the Hilton Garden Inn on the oceanfront. They were surrounded by family and friends as they tied the knot at this lovely Virginia Beach boardwalk hotel overlooking the water. Their ceremony was scheduled to take place in the early evening on the sun deck. Due to some unexpected rain, their plans changed and the ceremony was moved indoors to the reception space. Fortunately, the exceptional staff at the Hilton were ready with a back up plan and everything went off without a hitch. Then, the rain cleared out just in time for us to take some beautiful formal portraits out on the deck after the ceremony.
The wedding palate of deep purples and grays was just gorgeous! Michaela was a stunning bride in her Vera Wang wedding gown. In fact, the whole wedding party was sooo handsome.
This crew knew how to throw down for a party too! The bride and groom’s first dance was epic, and the dance floor stayed packed after dinner and the toasts.
It was an honor to photograph the love story of this beautiful couple and to be a witness to their amazing wedding day. All of their family and friends were so welcoming. Their parents even insisted that we sit with them at dinner. I was truly overwhelmed by their kindness.
